# Support authors with Revolut and Ko-fi

Find creator support links on public profiles and packs, or add valid links to your own profile.

## Open an author’s support link

Support links are optional author-provided links. Viewing them does not require Google sign-in. ColloqAid does not complete the provider’s payment flow in the study app.

1. Open a shared pack card or click its author to open Author Profile.
2. Choose Revolut or Ko-fi when the author has supplied a valid link.
3. The external provider opens in a new tab. Review the recipient and provider’s payment details before using it.

## Add your own support links

Only recognized provider addresses produce support links. Clearing Revolut is supported. The current profile form does not reliably clear an already saved Ko-fi value; do not rely on an empty field as confirmation that it was removed. Contact ColloqAid if you need help correcting it.

1. Sign in and open View your profile.
2. Under Support links, enter Revolut as your revtag, @revtag, or revolut.me/... link.
3. Enter Ko-fi as your creator name or ko-fi.com/... / kofi.com/... link.
4. Check the profile save status and use Close to finish pending saving.
5. When publishing a pack, review its pack-specific Rev tag and Ko-fi link in the sharing form. For an already published pack, use Edit pack details.

The app footer’s Support link is email support at colloqaid@gmail.com, separate from an author’s Revolut or Ko-fi link. Use Contact or Feedback & suggestions for app problems and suggestions.

Include the action you tried and the error message. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or private pack contents unless you deliberately choose to share the relevant material.

### How can I support a pack author?

Use the Revolut or Ko-fi link on their public pack card or Author Profile if they added one. It opens the provider in a new tab. The app footer’s Support link is an email contact for ColloqAid, not an author payment button.

### How do I add Revolut or Ko-fi to my profile?

Open View your profile → Support links. Enter a Revolut revtag / revolut.me link and a Ko-fi name / ko-fi.com or kofi.com link. Watch the automatic save status and Close. Shared packs also have pack-specific Rev tag and Ko-fi link details to review.
